Do you take insurance?
Dr. Zucker does not participate directly with any insurance companies. However, many insurance policies have an out-of-network benefit which may reimburse you for a portion of your payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Kindly give the office at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Since your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, you will be charged in full for missed or cancelled appointments unless the office is notified at least 48 hours in advance.
I am a new patient. How do I schedule an appointment?
If you are a prospective new patient, please call the office at 301-771-0678 to inquire about a consultation.
I am an active patient. How do I schedule follow-up appointments?
Contact Dr. Zucker’s office manager, Emily Mazza, by phone at 301-771-0678. You may also send Emily a message through your patient portal. If you prefer, you may also schedule your follow-up appointments with Dr. Zucker during your session.
I need a medication refill. What should I do?
Questions about your medication and requests for refills on existing prescriptions are best handled during your scheduled office visit. If a refill is needed prior to an appointment, please ask your pharmacist to FAX a refill request to 301-235-1692.
